We’re looking for a couple of experienced chefs & an apprentice to join our Roadhouse Crew. The Roadhouse is our Restaurant serving up American inspired cuisine. Our new Head Chef Peter has taken things to the next level and is looking for a couple of experienced chefs, and an apprentice.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for local produce, be current with modern food trends, and excited to learn new things. Beer knowledge and experience with matching flavours is ideal, but more important is someone who is a good fit with our team.

Marketing/Social Media Assistant

We are looking for a Marketing/Social Media Assistant to join our crew on site at our Bathurst based brewery.
​
This role is flexible and could suit a Uni student studying.
​
What's important to us:
- Ability to work independently
- Eye for detail
- Good personality fit
​
The following experience is favourable:
- Experience with adobe design software
- Great photography skills
- Experience in a similar role
​
What you'll be doing:
- Writing social media copy & creating content.
- Helping to plan and run marketing campaigns
- Assisting all areas of the business with creative ideas & design work

Love of independent beer is a plus but not absolutely necessary. More important is a willingness to learn & try new things.
