Central West IPA - 2025

ree

Can we collectively agree that this year has gone incredibly fast?! How are we on the cusp of Summer already... With Summer just on the horizon, it's time to re-release one of our favourite drops: Central West IPA. A tribute to the every changing landscape of the place we call home - the Central West of NSW. From Lithgow in the east to Lake Cargelligo in the west - The Central West region is home to some of the countries most incredible wineries, natural landscapes and local attractions such as the Jenolan Caves.

Each year the recipe for Central West IPA has evolved, just like the landscape that surrounds us. This year the team have fused together Old World & New World hops to create the 2025 Summer version of CWIPA. Eclipse from Australia, Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand and Mosaic from America.

We know you're most probably familiar with Eclipse & Mosaic - But let us tell you a little more about Nelson Sauvin. The name Nelson Sauvin is derived from the Sauvignon Blanc wine grape, which many agree it shares similar flavours and aromatic characteristics. Developed in the early 2000's - it's gained popularity in American style Pale Ales. Used primarily as a bittering or aromatic hop, Nelson Sauvin offers smooth bittering, with rich fruity gooseberry and just a touch of white wine flavours.

Central West IPA 2025 is now available at our online store, in venue & at any good bottle-o's! Don't forget to tag us on Facebook or Instagram & let us know where you're enjoying Central West IPA in 2025!
